This Ajivar User Agreement (“Terms of Service”) applies to your access to and use of the websites, mobile apps, widgets, and other online services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Ajivar. (“Ajivar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Do not forget that Ajivar is supportive and entertaining, however, one still needs to follow a few basic rules. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
Please go through Ajivar’s Privacy Policy too as it explains how and why we collect, use, and share information about you when you access or use our Services.
You can connect with Ajivar artificial intelligence (AI) 24/7 to understand your feelings and improve your emotional intelligence (EI). The Real YOU community is a peer-to-peer support network also available 24/7.
Our Services
Ajivar Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Using AI and machine learning (ML), Ajivar delivers a personalized EI curriculum combined with techniques based in mindfulness and Positive Psychology. The Ajivar platform interacts with the user in a text-based conversational format similar to interactions users can have with Alexa, Google assistant, Cortana, etc. During these interactions, the information gathered by Ajivar helps it learn about the individual and the community the individual belongs to. The Ajivar app provides fun and uplifting ways to engage the user such as positive affirmations (Posimations), journaling, and Ooz (out of zone) challenges that help people get outside of their comfort zone to increase self-esteem and acceptance. The Services do not include the provision of medical care, mental health services or other professional services.

Connecting You With Other People: Ajivar Real YOU provides a platform for you to connect with other Ajivar members through our peer-to-peer community. At Ajivar one can disclose the ups and downs of life in a secure environment. If you are in danger or require emergency support, please don’t hesitate to contact emergency services.

Privacy
Ajivar takes the privacy of its users very seriously. Check the current Ajivar Privacy Policy.
Your Access to the Services
Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to create an Account or otherwise use the Services. Furthermore, you must be over the age needed by the laws of your country to create an account or otherwise use the Services, else we require verifiable consent from your parents or legal guardian.
In addition, certain portions of our Services require you to be 18 years of age or older, so please read all notices and any Additional Terms carefully when you access the Services.
If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to agree to these Terms on that organization or entity’s behalf and bind them to these Terms (in which case, the references to “you” and “your” in these Terms, except for in this sentence, refer to that organization or entity).
You will only use the services for your own internal, personal, non-commercial use, and not on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party, and only in a manner that complies with all laws that apply to you. If your use of the services is prohibited by applicable laws, then you are not authorized to use the services. We cannot and will not be responsible for your using the services in a way that breaks the law.
You will not share your account or password with anyone, and you must protect the security of your account and your password. You are responsible for any activity associated with your account.
Ajivar Real YOU Community connects You With Other People: We offer ways to communicate with other Ajivar members through our peer-to-peer community. Ajivar provides you with a platform to share your feelings in a secure environment. Real YOU community was started to provide social connection in a safe, secure environment. Peer to peer support has been validated as an effective modality to help people that might need some support. If you are in danger or require emergency support, please don’t hesitate to contact emergency services. Ajivar is not to be used if you are in danger or in a crisis situation.
Posting and Commenting: At Ajivar Real YOU, one is free to post anything as long as it is within our Guidelines For Use, see below. Members across the globe shall then share advice or react and if they can, offer peer support. You can also support others through this peer-based community. At times, Ajivar volunteers shall post or comment in a non-clinical capacity. Ajivar can also be used for entertainment and informational purposes. Users are prohibited to make critical decisions based on feedback from the Real YOU community or experts from the Ajivar community.
Ajivar is Not a Replacement for Professional Support: We believe in the power of our AI and the Real YOU, peer support, however, in lots of situations this kind of help may not be appropriate and should not be used as a replacement for professional support or information from a medical professional.
Personal Use: Ajivar is meant for your personal use only and should not be used in any manner related to any academic, business-related, or governmental activities. For advertisements, conducting market research or surveys please get in touch through email. Ajivar is not affiliated with third-party mental health professionals using the service and it is strictly not meant as an open market for promoting mental health services, therapeutic services, professional healthcare, or any diagnostic services. Ajivar reserves the right to remove any such content without notice. We may at times promote third-party platforms or in tune with our clinical governance.
Techniques for Improving Our Services: We evaluate your usage of the Ajivar platform so as to improve all facets of our Services defined here. Ajivar uses the information it has and works with research partners, service providers, and affiliated companies for improving its services.
Safety And Security: We undertake steps for the safety and security of Ajivar users by removing individuals violating our Terms. We forbid misuse of our Services, harmful conduct towards others, graphic or explicit content and violations of our Terms and policies. Our AI using automated techniques is able to identify and remove inappropriate and offensive content that may impact the safety and security of our users. Once we identify people not abiding by our Terms these individuals are either removed from the Real YOU community and/or the law enforcement agencies may be informed. We share information with other affiliated companies when we learn of misuse or harmful conduct by someone using our Services.
Enabling Worldwide Access To Our Services: To operate our global Service, we require to store and distribute content and information on servers and systems around the world, including outside your country of residence. This infrastructure may be owned or operated by our service providers.
Crisis Support: Ajivar is not a CRISIS SUPPORT SERVICE and we do not support users who are suicidal. If someone is in need of immediate support we urge them to contact the emergency services, type SOS during Ajivar AI interactions or select the CRISIS RESOURCES button in the Real YOU Settings. We are unable to provide crisis support through Ajivar. Hence, posts discussing suicidal attempts or methodologies are not allowed.
Your Use of the Services
Ajivar grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use and access the Services solely as permitted by these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you by these Terms.
Except as permitted through the Services or as otherwise permitted by us in writing, your license does not include the right to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice to you. Any future release, update, or other addition to functionality of the Services will be subject to these Terms, which may be updated from time to time. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services or any part thereof.
Your Ajivar Account and Account Security
To use certain features of our Services, you may be required to create a Ajivar account (an “Account”) and provide us with a username, password, and certain other information about yourself as set forth in the Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for the information associated with your Account and anything that happens related to your Account. You must maintain the security of your Account and immediately notify Ajivar if you discover or suspect that someone has accessed your Account without your permission.
You will not license, sell, or transfer your Account without our prior written approval.
User Responsibility
Any information or content posted or transmitted through the services is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated, and you access all such information and content at your own risk, and we are not liable for any errors or omissions in that information or content or for any damages or loss you might suffer in connection with it. We cannot control and have no duty to take any action regarding how you may interpret and use the content or what actions you may take as a result of having been exposed to the content, and you hereby release us from all liability for you having acquired or not acquired content through the services. We cannot guarantee the identity of any users with whom you interact in using the services and are not responsible for which users gain access to the services.
Our services and the content provided therein are for informational and educational purposes and are not a substitute for the professional judgment and advice of healthcare professionals. The content and the services are not intended to be used for medical diagnosis or treatment. Persons accessing this information assume full responsibility for the use of the information. Ajivar is not responsible or liable for any claim, loss, or damage arising from the use of the information.
You are responsible for all your activity in connection with the services.
The services may contain links or connections to third party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Ajivar. When you access third party websites or use third party services, you accept that there are risks in doing so and that Ajivar is not responsible for such risks. We encourage you to be aware when you leave the services and to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each third-party website or service that you visit or utilize.
Your Content
The Services may contain information, text, links, graphics, photos, videos, or other materials (“Content”), including Content created or submitted to the Services by you or through your Account (“Your Content”). We take no responsibility for and we do not expressly or implicitly endorse, support, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any of Your Content.
By submitting Your Content to the Services, you represent and warrant that you have all rights, power, and authority necessary to grant the rights to Your Content contained within these Terms. Because you alone are responsible for Your Content, you may expose yourself to liability if you post or share Content without all necessary rights.
You retain any ownership rights you have in Your Content, but you grant Ajivar the following license to use that Content:
When Your Content is created with or submitted to the Services, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, adapt, prepare derivative works of, distribute, store, perform, and display Your Content and any name, username, voice, or likeness provided in connection with Your Content in all media formats and channels now known or later developed anywhere in the world. This license includes the right for us to make Your Content available for syndication, broadcast, distribution, or publication by other companies, organizations, or individuals who partner with Ajivar.
If you submit a user submission with your personal Ajivar account, in a manner that is not viewable by any other user except you (a “Personal user submission”), you grant Ajivar the license above, as well as a license to display, perform, and distribute your Personal user submission for the sole purpose of making that Personal user submission accessible to you and providing the services necessary to do so.
If you share a user submission only in a manner that only certain specified users can view (for example, information that is only available to your AI coach) (a “Limited Audience user submission”), then you grant Ajivar the licenses above, as well as a license to display, perform, and distribute your Limited Audience user submission for the sole purpose of making that Limited Audience user submission accessible to such other specified users, and providing the services necessary to do so. Also, you grant such other specified users a license to access that Limited Audience user submission and to use and exercise all rights in it, as permitted by the functionality of the services.
Although we have no obligation to screen, edit, or monitor Your Content, we may, in our sole discretion, delete or remove Your Content at any time and for any reason, including for violating these Terms, violating our Content Policy, or if you otherwise create or are likely to create liability for us.
Third-Party Content, Advertisements, and Promotions
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services, which may be posted by advertisers, our affiliates, our partners, or other users (“Third-Party Content”). Third-Party Content is not under our control, and we are not responsible for any third party’s websites, products, or services. Your use of Third-Party Content is at your own risk and you should make any investigation you feel necessary before proceeding with any transaction in connection with such Third-Party Content.
Things You Cannot Do
When accessing or using Ajivar, you must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You represent, warrant, and agree that you will not contribute any content or user submission (each of those terms is defined below) or otherwise use the services or interact with the services in a manner that:
A violation of any of the foregoing is grounds for termination of your right to use or access the services. Ajivar reserves the right to remove content and/or delete your account at their discretion, in case the terms of this Agreement are violated. We encourage you to report content or conduct that you believe violates these Terms or our Content Policy.
What Ajivar does NOT DO:
We Do Not Provide Medical Advice
While the services may provide access to certain general medical information the services cannot and are not intended to provide medical advice. We advise you to always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding your personal health or medical conditions. Never disregard, avoid, or delay in obtaining medical advice from your doctor or other qualified healthcare providers because of something you have read on the website. If you have or suspect that you have a medical problem or condition, please contact a qualified healthcare professional immediately.
You acknowledge that although some of the content that is provided to you on the app and website, (including information provided in direct response to your questions or postings) may be provided by individuals in the medical profession, the provision of such information does not create a medical professional/patient relationship, and does not constitute an opinion, medical advice, or diagnosis or treatment of any particular condition, but is provided to assist you in completing your self-help program.
No licensed medical professional/patient relationship is created by using information and/or services provided by or through the use of the app/website or through any other communications from us. The content of the app and the services are not and should not be considered medical advice or a substitute for individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. do not disregard, avoid or delay obtaining medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional because of something you may have read on the app/website. You should always talk to your medical professionals for diagnosis and treatment. Do not use the app/website or services for emergency medical needs. If you experience a medical emergency, call 911. Your use of information provided on the app/website is solely at your own risk. Nothing stated or posted on the app/website or available through any services is intended to be, and must not be taken to be, the practice of medicine or the provision of medical care.
Ajivar seeks to protect users by providing services only to those who are likely to benefit from the services provided. If your needs appear beyond the scope of guided self-help you will be advised to seek alternative services which can be found through the services of a mental health professional, medical professional, or support organization such as NAMI.
Copyright Infringement
You may have heard of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the “DMCA”), as it relates to online service providers, like Ajivar, being asked to remove material that allegedly violates someone’s copyright. We respect others’ intellectual property rights, and we reserve the right to delete or disable content alleged to be infringing and to terminate the accounts of repeat alleged infringers.
By submitting, posting or displaying Content on or through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods now known or later developed (for clarity, these rights include, for example, curating, transforming, and translating). This license authorizes us to make your Content available to the rest of the world and to let others do the same. You agree that this license includes the right for Ajivar to provide, promote, and improve the Services and to make Content submitted to or through the Services available to other companies, organizations or individuals for the syndication, broadcast, distribution, promotion or publication of such Content on other media and services, subject to our terms and conditions for such Content use
Our Global Operations
Ajivar shares information globally, both internally, and externally with our partners and with those you connect around the world in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Information controlled by Ajivar Limited will be transferred or transmitted to, or stored and processed, in the United States or other countries outside of where you live for the purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. These data transfers are necessary to provide the Services set forth in our Terms and globally to operate and provide our Services to you. We utilize standard contract clauses approved by the European Commission, and may rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decisions about certain countries, as applicable, for data transfers from the European Economic Area to the United States and other countries.
Changes to these Terms
We may make changes to these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the revised Terms and update the Effective Date above. If the changes, in our sole discretion, are material, we may also notify you by sending an email to the address associated with your Account (if you have chosen to provide an email address) or by otherwise providing notice through our Services. By continuing to access or use the Services on or after the Effective Date of the revised Terms, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop accessing and using our Services before the changes become effective.
Termination
You may terminate these Terms at any time and for any reason by deleting your Account and discontinuing use of all Services. If you stop using the Services without deactivating your Account, your Account may be deactivated due to prolonged inactivity.
We may suspend or terminate your Account, moderator status, or ability to access or use the Services at any time for any or no reason, including for violating these Terms or our Content Policy.
Ajivar also reserves the right to terminate (or suspend access to) your use of the services or your account, for any reason in our discretion, including your breach of these Terms. Ajivar has the sole right to decide whether you are in violation of any of the restrictions set forth in these Terms. We reserve the right to remove Content that violates the User Agreement, including for example, copyright or trademark violations or other intellectual property misappropriation, impersonation, unlawful conduct, or harassment.
Information regarding specific policies
Account termination may result in the destruction of any content associated with your account, so keep that in mind before you decide to terminate your account. We will try to provide advance notice to you prior to our terminating your account so that you are able to retrieve any important user submissions you may have stored in your account (to the extent allowed by law and these Terms), but we may not do so if we determine it would be impractical, illegal, not in the interest of someone’s safety or security, or otherwise harmful to the rights or property of Ajivar.
If you have deleted your account by mistake, contact us immediately at [email protected] – we will try to help, but unfortunately, we can’t promise that we can recover or restore anything.
Guidelines for Real YOU Community Use
Protecting Our Users on the Real YOU Community
Ajivar was created to provide a supportive, acceptable, and protected community for everyone to feel secure and welcome. So to ensure it remains the same way, we want all users to adhere to the community guidelines and the terms of use. If you do not, your posts shall be deleted and/or your account shall be disabled. Assist us to keep Ajivar amazing!
We Support
Nobody likes getting hate messages when asking for help. So, take note and reply with love.
Listening and questioning is a remarkable way to help someone. Do not try to solve problems of others. Most of the time, people are just looking for someone with whom they can share their feelings.
We can help others as no specific skills are required to help, just attentive listening to others is required.
The solution that is suitable for one might not work for another. Kindly refrain from suggesting certain self-help approaches (including religion) recommend looking for something beneficial and workable that proves helpful for them.

We Respect Everyone
The Real YOU platform makes the users feel comfy and secure while sharing their stories, thoughts, feelings and challenges without concern. If someone is courageous enough to share their feelings, all we ask from you is to act sympathetically, with understanding and avoid being judgmental.
Posts that aim to degrade or abuse others shall be deleted including posts causing damage to the reputation of other users.
Keeping it clean
At times, Real YOU users post something about topics that can provoke others. Ajivar encourages you to express yourself without being abusive, insulting or using profanity. Sexist, racist, homophobic or transphobic posts are forbidden and shall be immediately removed. Similarly, sexually unambiguous posts, and dating requests shall be removed. Ajivar is not the right platform for all this.
Posts portraying graphic violence or abuse can be disturbing for others and shall be deleted. Posts supporting illegal or criminal acts shall also be removed.
Staying safe
At times life becomes difficult , and Ajivar helps you in coping with it. Share the good and bad, and share your problematic emotions however, talking about risky, hazardous or violent acts is not allowed as such posts can be hazardous and sparking to others.
Posts promoting or encouraging self-injury or suicide are not permitted.
You are permitted to share your views about self-harm and suicide however, sharing graphic descriptions, and details regarding methods and planning is a STRICT NO.
Also, Ajivar advises you not to explicitly talk about calories, weights, quantities of food eaten, weight loss images or techniques of gaining or losing weight.
Ajivar does not permit suicidal or self-harm posts – in case you require assistance, please get in touch with your local support service, call the emergency services or go to your nearest emergency room. Press the CRISIS RESOURCES button in the Real YOU Settings of the app for more information.
We take care of ourselves
We urge you to care for others when you can but do not overindulge. If things get out of hand, please get professional assistance. Please also be cautious about sharing personal information in the Real YOU community since it is a community platform.
Staying on track
Ajivar Real YOU is a peer-to-peer community. The platform is meant for personal use and all kinds of advertising is prohibited including content advertising items whether for sale or donation, including fundraising, crowdfunding, sponsorship sites and research.
Ajivar is our brainchild and we decide what happens here. However, once you connect with users outside of Ajivar, we cannot control what happens. Ajivar advises you not to share personal details with anyone whom you do not know. All telephone numbers and address information posted on the site shall be removed.
Real YOU Community is also not a place for dating and hookups — Please use other sites and apps for that!
Guarding our community
Assist us in keeping Ajivar safe. If you come across something troubling, please send us a screenshot at [email protected]. People who join Ajivar do not do so with the intention of causing problems, however anyone found doing so shall be blocked.
Bullying is also not allowed, and anyone found bullying someone shall be suspended. If same is continued using a secondary account, devices shall be blocked and or your activities shall be reported to appropriate authorities.
Our administrators and partners are remarkable helpers who make sure that Ajivar stays safe. Take time today to thank them for what they are doing, and make sure to respect and support them.
If your post is not appearing, it may have been removed for a violation of these values or it may simply be stuck in a spam filter. Please email us and we will happily share the reasons for removing the content. If it was mistakenly removed, we request you to be understanding and polite. We attempt to get through support requests fast, however, some patience from your end is required.
Our Administration team is not allowed to share their personal email or social media accounts with you. If you need to contact a member from the Ajivar team please email us at [email protected].
Posts directly targeting moderators on the platform shall be removed. If you want to discuss moderation please email us at [email protected].
If your post hasn’t received a comment that doesn’t mean the community doesn’t care. A member might not always know how to respond to your situation or may not have seen your post.
