Ajivar ("us", "we", or "our") operates the ajivar.com website and the Ajivar mobile application (the "Service").

We anonymize and remove your Personal Information so that you cannot be identified, and use that information to improve Ajivar’s machine learning as well as conduct other studies with the purpose of improving the user experience and helping you achieve results. This information, once devoid of personally identifiable data, can be combined with that of others so that we can identify trends and teach the system, which will in turn help you achieve results. We may disclose anonymized data to a third party for the purpose of learning how to improve the service and your results. However, we never disclose any information to a third party in a manner that would identify you personally, as an individual.

You have the right to request the deletion of your account. Below, we describe the tools and processes for making these requests. You can exercise some of the choices by logging into the Settings menu of your account. For all other requests, you may contact us as provided in the Contact Us section below to request assistance.
Your request and choices may be limited in certain cases: for example, if fulfilling your request would reveal information about another person, or if you ask to delete information, which your organization’s administrator is permitted by law or have compelling legitimate interests to keep. If you have unresolved concerns, you may have the right to complain to a data protection authority in the country where you live, where you work or where you feel your rights were infringed.
If you no longer wish to use our Services your organization’s administrator may be able to deactivate your account. You may also contact us in the Contact Us section below to request assistance for this issue.
You may opt out of receiving communications from us by using the unsubscribe link within each email, updating your email preferences within your Service account settings menu, or by contacting us as provided below to have your contact information removed from our email list or registration database.
You have the option to opt-out from receiving any and/or all messages (informational, targeted advertising etc.) from Ajivar at any time by messaging us here. Please put Opt-out in the message body.
Even after you opt out from receiving informational messages from us, you will continue to receive transactional messages from us regarding our Services.
Many of our products are intended for use by organizations. Where the Services are made available to you through an organization (e.g. your employer or school), that organization is the administrator of the Services and is responsible for the accounts and/or Service sites over which it has control. If this is the case, please direct your data privacy questions to your administrator, as your use of the Services is subject to that organization's policies. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of an administrator's organization, which may be different than this policy.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16 ("Children").
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
